In mid-July, Fr Felipe Bacalso paid a short visit during his home visitation in the Philippines and did not forget to leave some jokes. Some more next time, he promised. Salamat po, Padre Felipe! We do wish him well and full of blessing as he began his new ministry. In mid-September, Uncle Jerry Martinson shared the great production of Xu Guang Qi, and presented some very inspiring experience of lay collaboration and Jesuit community life. On September 28 Typhoon Milenyo visited the campus and classes were called off for three days. Branches were torn like paper and many trees were uprooted. We also pray for the victims of the typhoon.

Faber House, the place previously occupied by the theologians, was returned to the Philippine Province.
