Categories: Uncategorized

A four-day Study session for Candidacy Programs will be held in Singapore from March 8-11 to reflect seriously on the Candidacy Programs in the Assistancy. This activity was developed as a response to some Myanmarese Bishops’ request, the new situation in East Timor, and a beginning Candidacy program in Thailand. In order to learn from the experience of well-developed Programs with good tradition and plenty of reflection, people from the Malaysia-Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam were invited as helpers. The list of attendees is: Frs. Philip Heng (MAS), Fr. Hoang Van Tinh (VIE), Agustinus Purwantoro (IDO), Sugiyo Pitoyo (TAI), Xavier Olin (PHI), Joaquim Sarmento (ETR), Setyodarmono (IDO) and Adolfo Nicolás (EAO).
