The 400th Anniversary of the death of Fr Matteo Ricci will be celebrated in Hong Kong with an Ignation Symposium, The Ricci Legacy: Finding God in Cultures. It will be held on 2 – 5 December 2010. It aims to explore inculturation of various facets of Ignatian spirituality in different environments with special emphasis on personal experience and story; and with special reference to Chinese culture. Rather than having speeches and academic presentations, there will be sharing and reflection on experiences. Main language to be used is English. Everyone working in the area of Ignatian Spirituality is invited to attend. Please visit http://xavier.ignatian.net/html/is2010/index.html for more information.
