Tertianship programs take off

The Assistancy Common Tertianship for 2008-2009 begins with an opening Eucharist presided by Fr Mark Raper on September 8. The program has the following participants: Christopher G. Dumadag (PHI), Jerry Raymond Gomes (CCU), Vidal J. Gornez (PHI), Luat V. Hoang (CFN), Ehi A. Omoragbon (ANW), Sali Augustine Tharappel (KER), Yacobus Toto Yulianto (IDO), Stepanus Winarto (IDO), John Wu Po-jen (CHN), and Paul Xavier Yang Chon-uk (KOR). It is based at the Loyola House of Studies, Quezon City, Manila. Fr Roger Champoux (PHI), Tertian Director, will be assisted by Fr Bill McGarry (NYK).

The Sri Lanka Joint Tertianship also starts this month of September. Frs John Joseph Amalados (AND) and Laurentius Poejiono Priyo (IDO) will be the Instructors. Bro Fernandopulle Lalith (SRI) serves as the Minister. There are fifteen tertians, three of them coming from the EAO Assistancy: Anthony Joseph U G (KAR), Pedro Choi Young-min (KOR), Roland Coelho (GOA), Sobers D’Cunha (GUJ), John Chinnappan (CCU), John Rose Santiago (GUJ), Romanus Kerketta (JAM), Kunnel Sunny George (CCU), Henry Lakra (MAP), Jesús Manuel León Blanco (GAL), Santosh Minj (HAZ), Wilfred J. Sahaya (MDU), Peter Masatsugu Shimokawa (JPN), Victor Campos (GOA), and Michael Vinai Boonlue (TAI).
