The work of the Jesuits in the service of faith and the promotion of justice is made possible by the generous support of friends and benefactors who believe in the value of what we do, whether it is running schools and parishes; advocating for disaster risk planning; or accompanying, serving and advocating for the rights of the poor and of migrants.

The Jesuit Conference of Asia Pacific (JCAP) leads and supports initiatives across the region in diverse areas, including Education, Formation, Indigenous Ministry, Interreligious Dialogue, Migrants and Refugees, Reconciliation with Creation, Social Communications, Social Justice, and Spirituality.

Additionally, we provide critical support to smaller regions and missions to ensure their growth and sustainability. Your contribution enables us to continue making a difference. At present, donations can be made through cheque or bank transfer.

The Adolfo Nicolás EAPI Endowment Fund

The East Asian Pastoral Institute is a service the Society of Jesus in Asia Pacific provides to the local churches. For more than 50 years, EAPI has provided priests, religious men and women and laity a unique experience of learning and formation in community through its programmes for renewal and aggiornamento in the spirit of Vatican II.

On August 4, 2018, the Adolfo Nicolás EAPI Endowment Fund was launched at a testimonial dinner to honour Fr Adolfo Nicolás, former Superior General of the Society of Jesus and EAPI director from 1978 to 1984. The fund will primarily be used to help EAPI provide scholarships for the participants of its residential programmes, many of whom are from poor countries or communities, or countries where the local churches are struggling. The fund will also be used to upgrade the facilities in order to ensure a conducive living and learning environment especially for the residential programme participants.

Donations can be made through the Philippine Jesuit Aid Association. Please make cheques payable to “Philippine Jesuit Aid Association” then specify in a separate note that the donation is for EAPI. If you are in the United States, donations can be made through the Philippine Jesuit Foundation.
