
Bacomo specialises in accompanying communities at the intersection of climate change, poverty, and forced displacement. He leads Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Asia Pacific as Director of Climate and Forced Displacement. He also serves as coordinator for the JCAP flagship initiative, Caring for Communities and Creation-Pillar 3 (C3P3), which focuses on strengthening communities through tree growing and mangrove planting.
Prior to these roles, he worked as the International Programmes Coordinator at JRSās International Office in Rome in 2016 and from 2018 to 2024 served as the Regional Director of JRS Asia Pacific in Bangkok.
